ACCESS INFORMATION
Course
Description:
This course is an introduction to the learning resource
centers. It is designed to provide students with basic knowledge
concerning electronic access to information, the use of
library materials and research strategies. Students will
be taught to use a variety of information resources, including
LINCC, the Information Gate way, Internet and a selection
of CD-ROM databases and will have hands-on access to these
materials. One contact hour. A.A., A.S., A.A.S.
